You will work collaboratively with our engineers, producers, and stakeholders to optimise game performance by boosting engagement, retention, monetisation, and helping us identify improvements to our User Acquisition efforts.

The Data Scientist will have a few responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to: 
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of our games 
  • Identifying and recommending actionable improvements to the game based on player behavior and metrics
  • Providing accurate data, insights and analysis for decision makers and stakeholders to improve our products
  • Delivering accurate and clear analysis and reports, even when confronted by subtle data complications, by carefully validating and checking your data, work, and assumptions
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to allow team members to monitor performance and player behavior
  • Shaping and defining tracking needs for analysis purposes
  • Investigating and analysing business cases

The successful candidate will be a mobile gamer, or at the very least have an interest and an openness to learning a lot about the industry in a very short amount of time. A few other traits that we are on the lookout for:
  • Business Insight: The ability to understand the problems and opportunities from a player and a business perspective, and then defining the right data, analysis or interpretation to lead to the right recommendations and decisions 
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Solid understanding or enthusiasm for the games industry
  • Highly analytical, with exceptional experience of big data decision making
  • At least a basic understanding of statistics, the ability to interpret these with confidence and communicate recommendations

As a bonus, you would have:
  • SQL knowledge: The ability to write complex SQL queries to analyse our databases and work effectively and independently with big data technologies, e.g. BigQuery, Hadoop etc.
  • Prior experience in a relevant industry such as mobile ads, e-commerce, online products/services or games
  • Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the mobile games industry
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills - you are someone who looks for solutions rather than worrying about problems
  • Relevant degree in marketing, business or other fields
  • At least 2 years of work experience with data analysis or other similar fields

  • Developing, iterating, and maintaining game systems and features in Unity3D and our proprietary game server 
  • Executing and implementing features for the product as well as to empower the team

The Game Designer will have a few responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Coming up with well-documented designs and fun gameplay features for a breakthrough mobile game 
  • Collaborating closely with a product team that consists of programmers, artists, and developers
  • Managing all creative aspects of the game from pitching ideas, to rapid prototyping, pre-production onto test markets, launch and beyond
  • Making sure the entire team is aligned on the vision and feels like they are contributing to the design
  • Iterating, playtesting and taking in feedback from all sources in order to push the boundary of the game’s design and feature set constantly

The successful candidate will be a mobile gamer, or at the very least have an interest and an openness to learning a lot about the industry in a very short amount of time. A few other traits that we are on the lookout for:
  • Absolute passion for playing all types of games across multiple genres 
  • Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the mobile games industry and game design theory
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to the latest player trends

You will work collaboratively with our art director, the art team, producers and stakeholders to define our asset creation pipeline, introduce tools and improve internal workflows to achieve great art and visuals.

The Technical Artist will have a few responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Defining our asset creation pipelines, guidelines and workflows to achieve the art direction necessary
  • Helping other artists validate and develop their stylistic ideas in terms of what is achievable or not
  • Supporting the art team with the implementation of visual assets within Unity
  • Mentoring, coaching our artists and improving the documentation surrounding visual quality and best practices for the art team
  • Investigating new tools, pipelines and workflows to consistently push the visual quality of the game
  • Setting up and optimising the art assets to achieve the best possible quality while working within the technical limitations of the platform
  • Being the main technical art point of contact for artists and engineers
  • Bringing clarity to complex technical issues and their solutions through strong communication skills

  • 2+ years in the gaming industry, with at least 1 shipped mobile title
  • Great understanding of both 2D and 3D pipelines
  • Perfect command of Unity

  • Great humility and thoughtfulness when taking and receiving feedback from your team
  • A great sensibility for stylised work
  • Very good illustration and storytelling skills with an eye for perspective, color, lighting, mood and composition
  • Good sense of form, shape, silhouette, scale and surface materials
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop
  • An avid interest in all types of art & graphic design
