Not your typical growth role

We want someone who can hustle, find and create new channels and look for opportunities for growth where others aren’t currently active in. This isn’t your typical UA growth role, we are looking for someone who can sign a deal with a partner one week, make community content the next day, and sign a deal with a youtuber the next, all while playing games with the team!
 

Responsibilities 

- Work with the Product Management team on short and long-term strategy and vision
- Concept, execute and manage large-scale user acquisition campaigns across dozens of global mobile ad networks, social media platforms and various other channels.
- Interact with ad networks to forge new partnerships and explore new marketing channels
- Drive community engagement for the game with creative and well researched solutions
- Create and revise ad creatives based on data and creativity
- Conduct in-depth analysis to determine value of acquisition efforts
- Optimize and make recommendations on UA channels with the highest ROI

Requirements

- Initiative and drive to constantly seek out opportunities to find new channels for growth in brand new, untapped segments. 
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the mobile games industry
- Good design sensibilities and creativity

As part of the engineering team, you will execute and implement features for the product as well as to empower the team. You will improve system stability by following and encouraging best practices like agile development and test driven development. We value everyone’s opinion, you will be giving feedback as well as receiving feedback by collaborating on system design, participating in peer code reviews and contributing to the decisions that shape the products and the company.
 

Responsibilities 

Our engineering team needs a preferably java or similar object-oriented server side language developer to work on our proprietary game server. Our game server is one of the pillars of the Mighty Bear mission, powers our high traffic, low latency multiplayer games and provides a common framework of features across all our games.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related is strongly preferred
